How to get your print job printed and shipped in a timely manner:
There are a few things you can do to help ensure your print job gets shipped out in a timely manner: 1. Submit your graphic images so they fit our required specifications. If the graphic image submitted is consider unusable and you cannot be reached then your print job will stalled until a usable graphic image is submitted. Visit the Submit Arkwork web page for more information. 2. All orders ship UPS Ground unless otherwise requested (some exceptions may apply). Expedited shipping via UPS available. Special shipping request, such as using the USPS, Truck or other shipping method can accommodate but will likely delay shipping at least one day and incur additional charges. The shipping department is incredibly busy and they have a method to their madness (so they say). When a special shipping instruction comes up they are forced to break their routine therefore causing a delay in shipping. 3. Provide the correct shipping information as to where your order is to be shipped.
4. Place your order online; sending an email, fax, or phone call in no way constitutes that an order was placed. Orders submitted by mail require payment in full, ready to use graphic images and completed order form. If you do not place the order online then we cannot guarantee regular turnaround. Placing an order is very user friendly guiding you through the entire ordering process step-by-step. When you get to the payment section of our ordering system you will see a detailed description of what you're ordering and the shipping instruction.
5. Save each of your artwork images in separate graphic files and name them accordingly. Don't forget to convert your files to CYMK color mode. For double sided print jobs it is perferred that you submit your graphic images as two separate files, NOT combined into one zipped file. Name your artwork graphic files so that the name also indicates whether the graphic is the front or back image of a double sided print job. Examples:
Important: Your print job will be printed the way your graphic image is submitted so make sure you have it right upon submission. We are good about contacting clients who submit graphic files in an incorrect manner but occasionally an incorrect graphic file gets through and is printed and is not what the client wanted. |
