Projects: Creating a unique Layout Concept, utilizing Client Supplied Materials (graphic images, logos, photographs or copy text), based on client’s ideas and those of the graphic designer, using wording, graphics, logos, et.al. specific to client’s needs. Project Minimum: [2] GDH Quoted Layout Concept: The definitive look/feel of the graphic/artwork to be (re)created. The client needs to provide the MTG Marketing graphics department with as much information as possible about their "Layout Concept" (i.e., business card, flyer, logos, photos, similar concepts). If necessary, sketch layout concept showing location of copy text, logo(s), photo(s) and other graphic elements; you can use the MTG Marketing Simple Idea Template as a layout worksheet that you can use to scroll out your design initial concept. |

Layout Concept Approval:
Once an initial draft proof of a Layout Concept has been created and submitted, via email, to client for review the client must specify all changes, via email, within (5) working days or the initial draft proof will be considered approved as is and ready to be used. Proof Revision fee will apply thereafter. Client Supplied Materials: All client supplied materials submitted must be able to be clearly scanned or provided in digital format (PSD, PDF, TIFF, JPG, GIF, EPS, AI) at least 300 dpi via CDR, DVD, Email Attachment or FTP download. Copy text can must be printed legibly or provided in digital format (DOC, TXT) via CDR, DVD, Email Attachment or FTP download. Spelling and grammar of copy text is the responsibility of the client. Client Provided Graphics/Artwork: Clients are welcomed to provide their ready to print/publish artwork in accordance with the project specifications. Client created graphics must be provided in a digital format (PSD, PDF, TIFF, JPG, GIF, EPS, AI) at least 300 dpi. Client created graphics acceptance at MTG Marketing discretion. Make Ready Fee may apply. |
